WeTree was born from a shared insight: leadership is about creating strong, sustainable teams where trust, commitment, and responsibility form the foundation for success. The tool is built on our collective experiences in leadership, entrepreneurship, and education—experiences that have revealed both the opportunities and challenges of leading and developing teams.

 

Through our years in sales, management, and training, we consistently saw the power of a coaching approach. By actively listening, asking the right questions, and creating clarity around each employee’s contributions, we strengthened engagement and accountability within our teams. We also discovered that combining clarity and structure with trust and dialogue was essential to achieving both individual and collective goals.

 

At the same time, we realized that many managers struggled to translate leadership theory into practical action. With the pressures of daily operations, maintaining a coaching mindset and working long-term to develop teams can be challenging. There was a clear gap—a need for a tool that not only helps managers organize their work but also fosters real commitment and responsibility.

 

Too often, performance measurement systems are the only tools used in follow-ups. This increases the risk of managers becoming reactive, falling into micromanagement instead of cultivating independent, trust-based leadership. This realization reinforced our belief that successful leadership starts with the right support—support that encourages participation, self-leadership, and development across the entire team.

WeTree was created to bring that vision to life—a tool designed by managers, for managers, to make a real impact in everyday leadership.
